CSA (community supported agriculture). A CSA is an agreement between a farmer and a consumer (shareholder/member) in which
the consumer pays a set fee at the beginning of the season for a weekly share of whatever is growing in the garden. This agreement
between a consumer and farmer is one of cooperation and trust. As CSA activist Liz Henderson writes "the essence of the
relationship is the mutual commitment: the farm feeds the people, the people share the inherent risks and potential bounty,
it is a way to reconnect with your food system." A share at Inverbrook CSA costs $625 for an approximately 21-week season
that runs from early June through October. If the weather cooperates the CSA will continue until Thanksgiving. For more information
