Our goal is to produce delicious healthy food in a manner that is harmonious and beneficial to our surrounding environment. Our products included vegetables as well as pastured poultry and eggs. We are also happy to distribute delicious ground beef (Angus burger) from Buck Run Farm.
The chickens and Angus burger are available from the farm starting in June and continuing through November. Eggs are available from the farm throughout the year, although there are some slow periods when production is low. Eggs and vegetables are available at our stand at the
Kennett Square Farmers Market, which takes place every Friday from mid-May through October from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. The Market is located beside the Genesis Health Ventures building between the parking garage and State Street in downtown Kennett Square, PA.

All products are also available through our CSA (community supported agriculture). A CSA is an agreement between a farmer and a consumer (shareholder/member) in which the consumer pays a set fee at the beginning of the season for a weekly share of whatever is growing in the garden. This agreement between a consumer and farmer is one of cooperation and trust. As CSA activist Liz Henderson writes "the essence of the relationship is the mutual commitment: the farm feeds the people, the people share the inherent risks and potential bounty, it is a way to reconnect with your food system."
A share at Inverbrook CSA costs $550 for an approximately 21-week season that runs from early June through October. If the weather cooperates the CSA will continue until Thanksgiving. For more information about the concept of CSA visit this
website.
